About the role
n
As a compliance administrator, you will be a driving force behind our Essential Safety Measures (ESM) and Fire and Life Safety Process. You will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the compliance process with ease. Pro-active problem solving, communication and attention to detail are key skills utilised on a daily basis.
n
Previous experience in the Fire Safety/Compliance Industry is not essential, as support and training will be provided; however, you will need a thirst to learn new skills.
n
An overview of the key responsibilities include

Follow-up and processing of building compliance and maintenance related documentation.
n
Responding to email and telephone queries as required regarding compliance and legislation requirements
n
Liaising with key stakeholders, including building & facility managers, contractors and internal staff
n
n
About you

Experience in administration
n
Well organised and proficient
n
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package and the ability to learn and adapt to in-house operating systems
n
A solid eye for attention to detail
n
Ability to work autonomously and as a team
n
