PCP Infrastructure is a well-established civil earthworks & civil plumbing contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Queensland.

Due to continued growth and the recent award of civil water main projects, we are seeking motivated, reliable and hardworking people to join our team.

Positions Available:

Plumbers
n
About the Roles:
n
You will be working as part of our civil construction crews delivering watermain and associated infrastructure works.
n
Key responsibilities may include:
n
Installation of water mains, pipework, valves, hydrants and fittings
n
Water main connections, cut-ins and tie-ins
n
Excavation, trench preparation, bedding, pipe laying and backfilling
n
Assisting with pressure testing, flushing, chlorination and commissioning
n
Reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans and specifications
n
Working safely around existing underground and overhead services
n
Using hand tools, power tools, lasers and civil construction equipment
n
General civil construction and labouring duties
n
Working alongside plant operators, supervisors and other trades
n




Completing works safely and in accordance with project specifications, SWMS and quality requirements
n
About You:
n
We are looking for people who are hardworking, safety-focused and team orientated.

Applicants must have:
n
Construction Industry White Card
n
Relevant plumbing
licence/qualifications
for Civil Plumber positions
n
Relevant tickets and qualifications for the position
n
Current Australian C Class Driver Licence
n
Solid commitment to workplace safety
n
Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a civil construction crew
n
Highly Regarded:
n
Previous water main construction experience
n
Experience with civil plumbing and underground services
n
Experience with lasers, levels and reading construction plans
n
Previous experience on civil infrastructure projects
n
Plant or machinery tickets
n
Experience working around live services
n
