As our Client Services Officer, you'll work closely with the Client Services Team, Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and external product providers to deliver a seamless client experience. You'll manage client relationships, oversee implementation of advice, and support the team in maintaining high service standards.
Role Responsibilities:
Facilitate the implementation of client advice and proactively manage applications and documentation.
Manage communications with all stakeholders, including product providers, insurers, and superannuation funds.
Ensure legislative compliance is upheld by following established policies and processes with a high attention to detail.
Skills needed for this Role:
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Client Service Officer, ideally in a similar Financial Planning,



Wealth Management and/or Life Insurance and Super Administration.
In-depth knowledge of platforms, products, and superannuation regulations.
A client-focused skilled with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage complex client files with precision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.
An ability to achieve and exceed targets while working in a fast-paced environment.
