You'll be the engine room behind our sales process, coordinating quotes, orders and project documentation while keeping customers and internal teams in the loop every step of the way. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll help projects move smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.
Key responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Account Managers, across quotes, tenders and orders
Prepare quotation requests and project/tender documentation
Raise and track sales orders, and manage project off-takes
Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated on order status, variations and project progress
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across our databases and project folders (including Visual Manufacturing/VM)
Liaise with Estimating, Production, Design and other internal teams to keep projects on track
Monitor incoming enquiries and log current opportunities for the sales team




Deliver consistently excellent customer service, both internally and externally
About you
Prior experience in an administration, sales support or coordination role
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn our systems and processes
Experience with systems (e.g. Visual Manufacturing) is a plus, but not essential
Hours:
Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm, Friday 8:00am–3:30pm /
No-WFH
