Business Development Manager – Dealer Network
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of HANGCHA in the Australian market.
The role will focus on
key account development, rental business, dealer network development, and new products and business channels
. You will identify new opportunities, build strong customer and partner relationships, and work closely with our internal team and dealer network to grow HANGCHA's market presence.
Key responsibilities
Identify and develop
key accounts and major business opportunities
.
Develop relationships and business opportunities with
major rental companies and fleet customers
.
Maintain and develop existing dealers and
identify new dealer partners
.
Develop
new products, market segments and business channels
.
Identify major projects, fleet replacement programs and new equipment requirements.
Build relationships with key decision-makers and major customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HANGCHA products and solutions.
Work with dealers and internal teams on quotations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide market and competitor feedback.
About you
Proven experience in business development,



key account management or B2B sales.
Experience in forklifts, material handling, industrial equipment, construction equipment or related industries is highly desirable.
Experience with
key accounts, rental companies or dealer networks
will be highly regarded.
Strong ability to develop new customers, partners and business opportunities.
Solid commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A current Australian driver's licence and full Australian working rights.

$120,000–$130,000 base salary + Super + Uncapped Commission
