We're looking for a passionate and experienced Collections Officer – Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic Finance team based at our Toowoomba Support Office.

What You'll Be Doing
Contact customers regarding outstanding payments via phone, email and written correspondence
Manage the collection of outstanding debts and negotiate suitable payment arrangements
Monitor customer accounts, investigate payment discrepancies and resolve account enquiries
