Technical Business Analyst

Location: Adelaide – Franklin Street
n Contract: 6 months, likely to extend
n Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office
n
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support technology-focused projects within a large organisation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
n
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
Develop process maps and supporting documentation.
n
Facilitate discussions and workshops with a range of stakeholders.
n
Translate business requirements into clear, practical solutions.
n
Develop tactical plans to support business and technology outcomes.
n
Monitor requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
n
Build strong relationships with stakeholders through a collaborative and people-focused approach.
n
Support technology infrastructure-related initiatives and projects.
n
Occasional travel to Olympic Dam may be required.

Skills & Experience
n
n




Demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
n
Technology Infrastructure project experience preferred.
n
Robust experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
n
Knowledge of BABOK is advantageous.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Strong understanding of technology and infrastructure environments.
n
Experience working across Natural Resources, Utilities, Construction or Electrical industries is highly regarded.
n
Confident working with diverse stakeholders and able to build strong working relationships.
