Cessnock Leagues Club is entering an exciting new phase - and are building the team to match

With a major redevelopment now complete, including the opening of a brand-new restaurant and upgraded hospitality spaces, they are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar & Gaming Attendants to join the team.
n

About the Role
n
As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you may work across various areas of the Club including:
n
n
Bar service
n
Gaming operations
n
Functions and events
n
General customer service, reception and venue presentation
n
n
You will help create a welcoming atmosphere while delivering friendly, professional and efficient service.
n
Day to day you may be:
n
n
Delivering customer service to members and guests
n
Taking beverage and food orders
n
Preparing and serving beverages
n
Supporting gaming operations and responsible gambling practices
n




Maintaining clean and organised service areas
n
Assisting during functions, promotions and busy service periods
n
n
About You
n
You are reliable, energetic and enjoy working with people. You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

You will bring:

Exceptional customer service skills
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
A positive attitude and professional presentation
n
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
n
RSA Competency Card (essential)
n
RCG Competency Card (preferred or willingness to obtain)
n
A willingness to learn and contribute across different areas of the Club
n
Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
n
