About the Role:

As a Commis Chef, you'll play a key role in our culinary team, creating quality dishes that exceed guest expectations. You will:

Prepare and present food to a consistently high standard.
n
Work efficiently to meet service deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen.
n
Uphold strict hygiene, food safety, and workplace health & safety standards.
n
Support the team by assisting with special requests and menu changes.
n
Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture.

About You:

You're passionate about food and eager to grow your culinary career. You'll bring:

A valid Food Safety Certificate (essential).
n
Technical cooking knowledge across a range of techniques and styles.
n
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

The ability to thrive in a busy, service-driven environment.

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Reliable transport (preferred due to location).
