Position Overview
n
We are urgently seeking an RF Scanner and Manual Handling Trainer & Assessorto join our growing team.
n
This role is based in our Brisbane region and is responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment in the following units of competency:
n
TLIK**** – Use info technology devices in the workplace
n
TLID**** – Shift materials safely using manual handling methods
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment
n
Ensure all training and assessment is delivered in accordance with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance obligations
n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, assessment documentation and related administrative requirements
n
Support learners to achieve competency through quality facilitation and assessment practices
n
Maintain current industry knowledge, including equipment, legislation and best practice
n




Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home
n
Requirements
n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessmentor equivalent
n
Demonstrated industry experience and the ability to provide evidence of current industry skills and knowledge
n
Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
n
A willingness to travel as required
