is looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Expert in Car Spare Parts to join our team in our Virginia, QLD location. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and expert sales support to our clients across the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing
n
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to clients via phone, email and in-person interactions
n
Utilising your extensive product knowledge to identify the right car spare parts for customer needs
n
Processing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery
n
Building solid relationships with both new and existing customers
n
Upselling complementary products to increase sales
n
Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and orders
n
Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve our customer experience
n
Using our own bespoke In-house programs, Oscar AutoInfo, Salesforce, Peach Software.
n
Opportunities for Catalogue building and other database inhouse program.
n
What we're looking for
n
Minimum 4 years' experience in the Automotive Car Spare Parts industry
n
Extensive knowledge of car spare parts, accessories and their applications
n




A great knowledge of Car Parts Wholesalers and vehicle models
n
Someone that knows their way around a keyboard and computer applications
n
Clear pleasant phone manor and communication skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
n
Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify customer needs
n
Highly organized with attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing
n
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and going the extra mile
