Managing a well-oiled portfolio of approximately 50 Buildings/550 with a fantastic support of an experienced Team beside you, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants a portfolio which is low fuss, and conditioned buildings

THE PERKS.
Salary $100,000 to $125,000 + Superannuation + Car Allowance $10,000
Schedule B's $15,000 - $25,000 per annum
Work from home: Post probation, 2-3 days

Demonstrated experience and success as a Strata Manager, Assistant Strata Manager, Junior Strata Manager
Class 2 License in Strata Managementor currently undertaking
Robust knowledge in the Strata & Building legislation
Enjoy building relationships and take a consultative approach your clients
