Junior Property Manager - Eastern Suburbs
Based in the heart of a thriving village, our client combines a highly driven property management team with excellent results and maximum exposure across the Inner West region. Spanning across a large range of popular suburbs and a broad selection of architectural styles, this is a talented team offering a energetic culture and ongoing professionalism. Working alongside a high performing property management team, this role is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate.
The Role:
Monday to Friday, this is your chance to join a strong property management division of 6, and work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive Senior with a Leasing Consultant and Accounts for support, your day to day responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the management of 300 high end properties
Effectively liaise with tenants & some landlords
Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections




Complete repairs & maintenance management
Arrears control
Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
Working towards targets and KPI's
NO weekends, NO leasing and NO accounts
The Candidate:
Previous Real Estate experience
A current Certificate of Registration & own car
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Parking & mobile phone provided
Be a motivated self-starter
