About the Role
n
We are currently seeking a friendly, professional and reliable Casual Receptionist to join the team and provide ongoing Sunday reception coverage, with the opportunity to assist with additional weekday relief shifts as required.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent Sunday hours, with the flexibility to pick up additional work during the week.
n
Sunday hours: 10:00am – 4:00pm
n Weekday relief: 8:30am – 5:00pm, as required
n Rate: $***** per hour + Super, with applicable weekend penalty rates
n
You will initially spend time with the existing Receptionist to become familiar with the business, systems and processes before taking on regular coverage.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Managing the switchboard and handling incoming calls
n
Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors
n




Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house experience
n
General reception and administrative duties
n
Monitoring and responding to emails
n
Preparing coffees and refreshments for customers/visitors
n
Assisting with general office administration
n
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc reception requirements
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is:

Warm, friendly and customer-focused
n
Professional and well-presented
n
Confident communicating with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
n
Reliable and committed to ongoing Sunday availability
n
Adaptable and available to assist with weekday relief shifts where possible
n
Comfortable using basic computer systems and handling emails
n
Organised, proactive and able to work independently
n
Previous reception, administration, hospitality or customer service experience will be highly regarded
n
