About the Client
n
We are seeking a Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a male client living with Autism and Intellectual Disability, with non-verbal communication needs and behaviours of concern.
n
The successful Support Worker will be comfortable supporting a client who communicates primarily through non-verbal methods and will be willing to learn and use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), such as communication apps, visual supports and gestures.
n
Shift Available:
n
Tuesday | Primary Support Worker
n
Standard shift: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
n
Versatile start between 11:00am and 2:00pm, with the shift finishing by 4:00pm
n
Approximately 2 hours
n
Support includes providing 1:1 support with personal care, daily living activities, meal preparation, communication using AAC/non-verbal methods, and safe participation at home and in the community.
n
Experience supporting clients with behaviours of concern is highly regarded.

About the Client
n
We are seeking a Support Worker to support a client living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and OCD.
n
The client enjoys community activities and would benefit from a Support Worker who is friendly, engaging and comfortable supporting community participation
n
Shifts Available:
n
Monday – Wednesday 3:00pm – 5:00pm | Secondary Support Worker
n




Thursday & Friday 7:00am – 9:00am & 3:00pm – 5:00pm | Secondary Support Worker
n
Support includes community access, companionship, supporting community participation and social participation
n
We also have opportunities available within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment in Brighton East.
n
Shifts may include:
n
Monday – Sunday: 6:00pm – 10:00am
n
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
n
Secondary Support Worker
n
Previous experience working in a SIL environment or supporting clients with disability is highly regarded.
n
About the Client
n
We are seeking a Support Worker to support an adult male client living with a mild Intellectual Disability.
n
The ideal Support Worker will have good English communication skills and be confident supporting the client with everyday activities both at home and in the community.
n
Shifts Available:
n
Monday & Wednesday 11:30am – 5:30pm | Secondary Support Worker
n
Support includes light domestic duties, such as vacuuming, meal planning, companionship, and support with community activities.
n
About the Role

We are looking for Disability Support Workers to provide a variety of supports to people with a disability.



You will aid with all aspects of daily living including personal care, domestic care, social and community participation, and transportation.
