Finance Analyst - 3-Month Contract - Melbourne

Immediate Start | $50 per hour + super

FourQuarters are working exclusively on an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join an already established & listed business on an initial 3-month contract.
n
This would suit a junior-to-mid-level Finance Analyst who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills and is comfortable getting into the detail.
n
The Role
n
Reporting into a senior finance leader and working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you will support a project focused on reviewing, organising and improving financial data.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Reviewing and cleansing asset data
n
Assisting with the clean-up and maintenance of the asset register
n
Working through large volumes of financial and operational data
n
Identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy
n
Using Excel to analyse, reconcile and manipulate data




n
Working within JDS and supporting broader finance requirements as needed
n
Partnering closely with finance and operational stakeholders throughout the project
n
n
About You:
n
We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working through data independently.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Finance Analyst or similar
n
CA/CPA qualification
n
Exposure to fixed assets, asset accounting or asset registers
n
Strong Excel skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
n
The ability to pick up recent systems and processes quickly
n
n
