Working closely with facilities and operations teams, you'll help ensure the site remains safe, secure, professional and operational at all times.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Conducting routine site inspections and identifying maintenance issues
n
Maintaining exceptional presentation standards across offices, amenities and common areas
n
Assisting with contractor management and routine maintenance activities
n
Supporting facility operations, deliveries and materials handling
n
Monitoring consumables, supplies and general site requirements
n
Assisting with workplace safety initiatives and reporting site incidents
n

Responsibilities

Working closely with facilities and operations teams, you'll help ensure the site remains safe, secure, professional and operational at all times.

Your Profile
n
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience in cleaning, facilities, maintenance, property, building services or caretaker roles
n
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
Basic computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
n
A positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
n
n
Due to the nature of the setting, candidates must be willing to undergo background screening and be eligible to obtain NV1 clearance.
