Sales Executive - New Business & Existing Accounts
$75K-$110K + Super + Commission + Fully Maintained Vehicle
Are you a natural salesperson who loves the thrill of winning recent business?
We're looking for a driven, energetic and commercially minded Sales Executive to join a dynamic team within a growing business. This is a genuine hunter role where you'll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio while actively identifying, pursuing and winning new customers.
This isn't a role for someone who is happy to sit back and wait for leads to come in. We're looking for someone who is hungry, ambitious and motivated by results.
The Role
You'll have a combination of existing accounts to manage and grow, while spending a significant part of your time out in the market generating new business.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing and developing existing customer relationships
Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities
Building a strong sales pipeline and converting opportunities into new accounts
Prospecting and getting in front of new customers
Understanding customer requirements and providing the right solutions
Growing revenue across your territory and customer base
Building long-term relationships with key decision makers
Following up leads and opportunities and driving them through to close
Representing the business at trade shows, industry events and customer functions
Working closely with the internal team to ensure customers receive great service
Maintaining accurate CRM activity, sales pipelines and forecasts
Taking ownership of your results and continuously looking for ways to improve
Who We're Looking For:
We're open to different levels of experience and will tailor the package to the right person.
Ideally,



you'll come from an electrical, electrical contracting, construction or associated industry, with experience working with contractors, builders, wholesalers or other B2B customers.
But industry experience isn't everything. If you're an absolute sales superstar with the right attitude, personality, resilience and hunger to succeed, we want to hear from you.
