We are seeking an experienced Working Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards across multiple locations. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front, supporting cleaning teams and completing specialist cleaning work when required.

You will oversee a portfolio of commercial sites across Cairns and surrounds, ensuring operational excellence, strong client relationships and consistent service delivery.
n
What You Will Be Doing
n
n
Overseeing daily cleaning operations across your allocated portfolio
n
Working across multiple locations throughout Cairns and surrounding areas
n
Conducting monthly site inspections and quality audits
n




Supporting cleaning teams and stepping in during staffing gaps
n
Training, mentoring and performance managing cleaning staff
n
Responding promptly to client enquiries and resolving issues professionally
n
Managing stock levels and maintaining cleaner rooms to company standards
n
Ensuring compliance, reporting and operational updates are completed fortnightly
n
Maintaining contract KPIs and driving continuous improvement
n
Completing and assisting with periodic and specialist cleaning services, including:n
n
Carpet steam cleaning
n
Floor polishing
n
Pressure washing
n
Floor stripping and sealing
n
n
Working closely with Area Managers and the Operations team
n
n
What We Are Looking For
n
n
Proven experience in commercial cleaning supervision
n
Practical experience in carpet steam cleaning, floor polishing, pressure washing, and stripping and sealing floors
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple sites, competing priorities and changing operational requirements
n
Willingness to work hands‐on and travel between different locations
n
High attention to detail and robust quality‐control capabilities
n
A proactive and solutions‐focused approach
n
Current driver's licence
n
n
