Our extensive and continually growing team includes skilled professionals such as projects, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, handymen, and painters.
The Role
We are looking for an Administration Officer for a full time position.
Schedule work and allocate technicians to tasks.
Engage with suppliers to order required parts.
Engage with clients to ensure completion of work and support client relationships.
Manage daily demand for services via email and phone.
Manage multiple client platforms with allocations, updates, service reports etc.
Assist with administration of compliances and logs, including induction,



licenses, SDS's, SWMS, testing and tagging, toolbox meetings.
Manage internal job lists and gain updates from tradesman and project managers.
About You
Have a positive and can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to engage & build strong relationships with employees (tradesmen), clients, suppliers, and admin team.
Able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in the building industry or similar will be highly regarded
