About the role:
n
We're looking for an Assistant Grove Manager to join our team and help establish one of GO.FARM's newest high-density olive developments. With the first trees planted in **** and development continuing through to ****, this is a unique opportunity to be involved from the very beginning. Working alongside the Grove Manager, you'll help shape the systems, culture and day-to-day operations of a modern olive enterprise while contributing to its long-term success.

In this role, you will:
n

Support the planning and execution of orchard operations, including land preparation, irrigation, nutrition, pest and weed management.
n
Coordinate and supervise daily activities of orchard employees and contractors.
n
Monitor and maintain orchard infrastructure, machinery, irrigation systems, and equipment.
n
Assist with budget management, reporting, and operational planning.
n
Promote a protected, productive, and positive team culture.
n




Work closely with the Orchard Manager to achieve production, quality, and financial targets.
n
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
n
Represent GO.FARM professionally with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
n

About you:

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or orchard operations.
n
Previous experience leading or supervising people.
n
A current driver's licence.
n
Chemical accreditation (or willingness to obtain it).
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
n
A commitment to safety, quality, and high standards.
n
The ability to work collaboratively in a small, agile team environment.

In addition, this role is offering
n

Base salary between $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
n
Short Term Incentive (STI) of up to 10% of your salary
