About the Role
With a strong focus on business development and cultivating relationships with key customers and KOLs, you will drive portfolio growth across the region, identify new opportunities, and partner with healthcare stakeholders to deliver commercial success and long-term customer value.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:
Delivering sales results in line with the business strategy for Arthrex's market leading DEX portfolio products
Lead business development initiatives and build strategic partnerships with KOLs and key decision-makers across NSW
Actively supporting tenders and managing Private Hospital Group accounts




Using metrics and sales enablement tools to accelerate business performance
About the Requirements
A proven track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or Surgical/Theatre sales would be highly desirable.
Exceptional team player, and a long term, relationship-based sales approach
Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
