The program brings together senior stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Technology and Data, with collaboration across Australian and international teams.
This is an opportunity to join a high-profile remediation program at an important stage of delivery and play a key role in shaping sustainable improvements to the future-state reporting setting.
The role:
This is a senior technical leadership role for a liquidity and Treasury SME who knows how to get underneath complex reporting issues, challenge the detail and lead remediation through to a sustainable outcome.

You will bring deep expertise across
liquidity, Treasury and prudential reporting
, combined with the seniority and stakeholder capability to lead delivery, challenge existing approaches and influence outcomes across the organisation.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the liquidity stream, working through complex reporting and control issues, identifying root causes and translating findings into practical, sustainable solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the liquidity and prudential reporting remediation stream, from assessment through implementation and future-state transition
Act as the senior technical SME across liquidity reporting, governance,

Support regulatory responses, governance forums and executive-level reporting
Help establish a sustainable future-state reporting and control environment ready for transition into BAU
This is not a traditional project management role - deep technical expertise in liquidity and prudential reporting is fundamental to the position.

Significant experience across
Treasury, liquidity, prudential reporting, regulatory reporting, Finance or ALM
within banking or financial services
Strong technical knowledge of
LCR, NSFR and liquidity reporting

Experience leading complex regulatory reporting, controls, transformation or remediation initiatives
The technical credibility to interrogate detailed issues and challenge existing approaches
The seniority and communication skills to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions
Extensive experience in a relevant banking, Treasury, liquidity or regulatory reporting environment
The key combination is
technical depth + senior stakeholder capability
- someone who can get into the detail, but is also senior enough to lead the conversation and drive outcomes.
What's in it for you:
Competitive day rate
12-month initial contract, with potential to extend to 2 years
Opportunity to join a significant regulatory remediation program within a leading international bank
Highly visible role working with senior stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Technology and international teams
The opportunity to influence the future-state liquidity and reporting environment
A role where your technical expertise will directly shape outcomes
Streamlined interview process with the opportunity to move quickly
We're also recruiting a
Stream Lead - Capital & Other Prudential Reporting

Senior SMEs across both streams
.
If your expertise sits more closely with capital or you're interested in a specialist SME opportunity, we'd still love to hear from you.
