Warranty Administrator – multiple positions

About You
You're organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced automotive setting. With a methodical approach to your work, you consistently meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You take pride in delivering quality outcomes and enjoy collaborating with a range of teams to achieve shared goals.
A experience in an administrative or warranty-related role is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels.




Basic mechanical knowledge and experience using parts catalogue systems is advantageous.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
A proactive approach and strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Warranty Manager, you will partner closely with various departments to ensure a seamless experience and outstanding service for our internal and external customers.
Manage warranty claims from submission through to final resolution.
Proactively review and rectify rejected, returned and adjusted warranty claims.
Ensure repair orders, technician reports and labour times meet manufacturer standards and requirements.
Collaborate with manufacturers and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of warranty processes.
