As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you'll be a central point of contact for operational support across the business.
Working closely with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams, you'll help drive communication, coordination, compliance, and operational excellence across our store network.
What You'll Be Doing...
Providing day-to-day support to stores, field leaders, and Support Office teams.
Managing and triaging enquiries received through retail communication channels.
Coordinating responses and escalating operational issues where required.
Assisting with the creation and distribution of operational communications and business updates.
Supporting Retail Operations roadshows, meetings, and events.
Scheduling and maintaining retail audits and distributing compliance reporting.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Supporting operational projects, business initiatives, store openings, acquisitions, and refits.
Maintaining retail information databases, store details, and distribution lists.
Coordinating store trading hours and public holiday operating schedules.
Assisting with wage control reporting and follow-up activities.
Recording meeting minutes and tracking actions as required.
Contributing ideas and supporting the achievement of team goals.
The Experience You'll Bring...
Experience working within a retail operations, retail support, or administration environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
The ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
A commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
