Current role to oversee & manage all iDEAS account deliveries within the SMU
n
Responsible to drive iDEAS margin within the SMU
n
Responsible to create an aggregated iDEAS delivery performance view for SMU CEO
n
Manages all SMU delivery resources for iDEAS including hiring, staffing, training, certification etc.
n
Owns Critical Delivery Escalations
n
Plays customer interfacing role for critical delivery escalations as a senior delivery leader in SMU
n
Responsibility of resolving escalations rests with global GBL/ practice teams
n
Reporting line:
n
Reports solid to the iDEAS GBL Head; Dotted line reporting to the SMU CEO
n
Decision rights:
n
Accountable for i.e. hasfinal say in any conflictpertaining to:

n
All People management decisions (including hiring, staffing, development, performance impact) for all iDEAS delivery resources within the SMU
n

Consulted for:

Selection of ADH-SL for the account
n
Deal RLS
n
Deviations to RLS/ plan
n
Add. Onsite resources
n
Sign off on team extension/ roll-offs, staffing changes
