Gardner Farm Child Care is seeking a Full time Diploma qualified to join our education and care team.

Essential Criteria: Diploma qualification
n
NSW working with children's check Geccko - National child safety training Current
n
First Aid & CPR qualification
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Must have a proactive can-do attitude
n
Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
n
Assist with the preparation and organisation of materials, resources, and equipment for children's educational activities.
n
Support positive behaviour management and promote children's social, emotional, and interpersonal development.
n
Plan, prepare, and facilitate engaging age-appropriate educational activities.
n




Engage children through storytelling, reading, games, and other interactive activities.
n
Maintain active supervision of children during recreational and group activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
n
Support and supervise children throughout their daily routines, including transitions between activities.
n
Promote and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and assist children with age-appropriate hygiene routines as required.
n
