PFM Sensitive Freight is a national logistics provider specialising in secure transport, warehousing, and installation services. We are seeking an experienced Scheduler / Allocator to support the planning and coordination of daily metro, regional, and interstate transport operations.

About the Role
n
This role is responsible for accurate run planning, resource allocation, and day-to-day operational coordination to ensure service commitments and operational KPIs are achieved.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Plan, allocate, and manage daily metro and regional delivery runs
n
Support and coordinate interstate linehaul scheduling and manifest communication
n
Confirm daily availability of drivers, vehicles, and subcontractors
n
Adjust schedules in response to volume changes and operational constraints
n
Design efficient runs to minimise unnecessary kilometres
n




Provide structured run-to-plan updates at scheduled checkpoints
n
Proactively identify service risks and implement corrective action
n
Support achievement of OTIF / ODIF and operational performance targets
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in transport scheduling, allocation, or logistics operations
n
Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, time-critical environment
n
High attention to detail and scheduling accuracy
n
Clear communicator with the ability to work across operations, warehouse teams, and drivers
n
