About the role
As a Service Refrigeration/Aircon Technician at Bell-Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This full-time role is based in Canberra, ACT.
What you'll be doing
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and associated components
Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work utilising ServiceM8.




Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to address their needs
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
What we're looking for
Formal qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Proven experience as a refrigeration/air conditioning technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and repair issues
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
A valid driver's licence is essential
Commitment to working safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations
