You will join a national network of Team Leaders responsible for leading work units that support the delivery of federal elections and referendums with integrity, transparency and professionalism.

You will work closely with our State Office, National Office and colleagues across other states and territories.
n
At the AEC, you will develop robust connections with colleagues and supportive networks, as we all work to deliver an impartial and independent electoral system with high integrity.
n
We are seeking capable and adaptable leaders to guide teams responsible for divisional election planning, delivery and evaluation.

What you need
n
n
Demonstrated experience planning and delivering large-scale projects or events within tight timeframes, including developing operational and project plans that align with legislative, policy and organisational requirements.
n
Experience in developing and supporting team members to build capability, improve performance and achieve high-quality business outcomes.
n
Demonstrated experience delivering education, engagement or public awareness initiatives that support diverse communities, including First Nations peoples, in line with organisational priorities and strategies.
