Join a busy, multi-site organisation and step into a senior AP role where you will play a key part in maintaining the accounts payable function during a period of leave cover.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end accounts payable processing
Process supplier invoices and credit card transactions
Manage invoices and ensure timely approvals
Oversee landlord invoices throughout the AP workflow
Process local and overseas supplier payments
Review and reconcile technician invoices
Manage supplier onboarding and bank account changes
Monitor and respond to the AP inbox
Update weekly cashflow forecasts for upcoming payments
Manage the Digital Card program




Provide support and guidance to the wider finance team as required
About You
Minimum 4 years' experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Officer roles
Strong high-volume and multi-site AP experience
Intermediate Excel skills or above
Able to work autonomously and confidently step into a senior AP position
Strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills
