We are looking forcustomer service superstars to take on the role of Gaming Attendants at night in our busy hotel.

We have positions available for immediate start, day hours & night hours ***** hours a week, Monday to Sunday, must have RSA and RSG.

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times

Investigating and resolving customer queries
n
Uphold our high standards of providing excellent hospitality
n
Ensure venue is a clean and welcoming space
n
Adhere to current VCGLRregulations and company policies
n




These positions require the availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights and weekends.

RSA qualifications are required. Gaming specific qualifications can be applied for whilst on the job or at a later date. Previous experience and qualifications will be held in high regard.
