Job Summary
As a member of our retail team, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our busy large format store by delivering our standards of excellence to all our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
100% customer/sales focus at all times
Maintaining sound product knowledge
Keeping up to date with promos, events and store wide activities
Merchandising and Display maintenance
Abiding by company safety standards, processes and policies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professional, committed and reliable work ethic
General knowledge of hardware products
Proven experience in a retail customer service/sales role
