On Two Wheels is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media, Content & E-Commerce Coordinator to grow our online presence across our motorcycle and bicycle businesses.

This is a hands-on, in-store role combining social media, content creation and e-commerce management. You'll work closely with our sales, accessories, workshop and management teams to showcase our products, customers, people and events.

We need someone who can identify a great story, capture it on camera and turn it into engaging content. You will also help grow our websites by adding products, improving presentation and supporting online sales.

Key responsibilities
n

Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
n
Film, photograph and edit reels, short videos, stories and promotional content.
n
Capture new-product arrivals, customer handovers and behind-the-scenes activity.
n
Create content featuring our motorcycles, bicycles, accessories, workshop and team.
n
Attend and capture content at ride days, launches and special events.
n
Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
n
Respond to basic social-media comments, messages and enquiries.
n
Manage and grow our motorcycle and bicycle websites.
n
Upload new products, images, pricing,



specifications and descriptions.
n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date online product information.
n
Improve product categories, website presentation and online merchandising.
n
Create website promotions, banners and campaign content.
n
Monitor social-media and website performance and provide regular reporting.
n
Identify opportunities to grow engagement, enquiries and online sales.
n

About you
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has experience creating content for social media.
n
Is confident filming and editing short-form video.
n
Understands current social-media platforms, formats and trends.
n
Has experience managing website or e-commerce content.
n
Can write engaging captions and clear product descriptions.
n
Has robust attention to detail when uploading products and pricing.
n
Is organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
n
Is comfortable approaching and working with customers and staff.
n
Can work independently and take ownership of the role.
n
Brings energy, creativity and new ideas.
n
Has an interest in motorcycles, bicycles or the lifestyle surrounding them.
n
n
Previous experience in the motorcycle, bicycle, automotive, retail or e-commerce industries would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We value creativity, initiative, organisation and a willingness to learn.
n
Experience with graphic design, photography, video editing, website platforms, SEO, Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics would also be highly regarded.
