Your responsibilities
n
Mixing and serving drinks efficiently during busy periods
n
Taking orders and processing payments through POS
n
Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised
n
Engaging with guests and maintaining service standards
n
Supporting general bar operations as part of the team
n
What you'll need
n
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
n
Experience in high-volume retail bar service, including tap beer pouring and can service
n
Comfortable working rapid-paced shifts, reliably and independently
