With a large and diverse workforce, the business is currently undertaking a significant workforce transition and organisational change program, creating an opportunity for an experienced HR qualified to join the team during a critical phase of the project.

About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor to join the HR team on an initial six-week contract supporting a large-scale workforce transition program.
n
This is a highly hands‐on role focused on supporting consultation, restructure and redundancy activities. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you will play a key role in managing the administration, coordination and documentation associated with a high-volume organisational change project.

Support consultation, restructure and redundancy processes
n
Prepare employee communications, consultation packs and documentation
n
Coordinate consultation meetings, schedules and action trackingProvide practical support to leaders throughout the consultation process
n
Manage sensitive employee documentation and maintain accurate records
n




Assist with project administration and organisational change activities
n

About You
n
This opportunity is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and has previous experience working on workforce transition programs.
n
n
Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor
n
Strong exposure to consultations, restructures and redundancy programs
n
Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and employee relations practices
n
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
n
Confident managing high volumes of documentation and competing priorities
n
Strong written communication skills and experience preparing employee correspondence
n
