We're Hiring! An exciting prospect exists for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Horseland Mailtand store - the home of Australia's favourite equestrian brands.

About the Role
n
As Store Manager, you'll take the reins in driving store performance, inspiring your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience for every rider who walks through our doors.
n You'll oversee:

Sales growth and profitability
n
Inventory accuracy and visual merchandising
n
Staff leadership, coaching, and rostering
n
Local area marketing and community partnerships
n
Upholding our ***** Sales & Service standards
n
n
This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to motivate,



plan and execute will make a real impact.

About You
n
You're a confident communicator, natural leader, and passionate equestrian who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll bring:

Strong equine knowledge and genuine love for the horse industry
n
Proven experience managing a retail team and achieving sales targets
n
Excellent customer service and merchandising skills
n
Strong computer literacy and analytical skills (POS, Excel, reporting tools)
n
