This is a fully office-based position with no out-of-office work. You can focus on managing your portfolio, communicating with clients and tenants, and keeping everything moving without spending your day driving between properties.

The role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
n
Maintenance coordination and follow-up
n
Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
Arrears management
n
Reviewing inspection reports and actioning follow-up
n




Managing entry and exit processes from the office
n
Resolving tenancy matters before they become bigger problems
n
Ensuring legislative and compliance requirements are met
n
n
All property inspections and other field-based appointments are completed by our dedicated team.
n

You'll be an experienced Property Manager who:

Knows how to manage a portfolio confidently
n
Communicates clearly and follows through
n
Understands Queensland tenancy legislation
n
Stays calm when things get busy
n
Takes ownership while knowing when to ask for support
n
Is organised, practical and solutions-focused
n
Brings positive energy and contributes to the team
n
Holds a current Queensland real estate registration
