We're looking for a
Casual Chef
to join our kitchen team. This role covers day and early evening shifts, including weekends — up to 25 hours per week, with the flexibility that comes with casual work.
You'll be:
Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard across our day and evening menu
Keeping pace during busy weekend and evening services
Working closely with the rest of the kitchen and front‐of‐house team to keep things running smoothly
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
Helping manage stock, prep, and mise en place
What you'll bring
A qualified chef, or equivalent hands‐on kitchen experience
Weekend and evening availability
A team‐first attitude and a cool head during a busy service
Pride in your work and an eye for detail on the plate
