The Role
As a member of our dynamic and forward thinking mechanical services team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and innovative design solutions for various building services projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparation of accurate and detailed HVAC design solutions.
Preparation of contract documentation for tendering and construction purposes




Managing design projects from concept through to completion including the consultation with all members of the design team
Attending site to inspect existing services and review construction works
Liaising with equipment Suppliers and Manufacturers
Researching new products and HVAC design practices and ensuring the Company remains up-to-date with the latest building services technology
Skills and Experience:
Our ideal candidate will:
Be degree qualified from a tertiary institution recognised in Australia (B Eng Mechanical or equivalent).
Have a minimum of three (3) years previous experience working with an engineering consultancy or relevant contracting company in building services
Have experience or an interest in managing multidisciplinary projects
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound problem-solving skills
Have a willingness to learn and develop new skill levels
Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Hold a valid C class driver's license
Have full working rights in Australia and able to work from our Brisbane office
Be willing to travel and stay overnight, or longer, to any Australian destination if required
Have the ability to adapt seamlessly to change within the workplace
