We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager (2IC) to help lead our MECCA Parramatta store in NSW on a full time basis. Day-to-day responsibilities

Partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences in one of MECCA's busiest stores
n
Lead from the front by coaching, mentoring and developing your team to create a high-performing and engaged store culture
n
Inspire your team to achieve commercial and customer experience goals while bringing MECCA's values to life

Build capability through ongoing feedback, recognition and development,



empowering every team member to succeed.
