Job Description
Design, assemble, install, test, commission, diagnose, maintain and repair electrical networks, systems, circuits, equipment, components, appliances and facilities for commercial and domestic purposes.

Key responsibilities
n
Read electrical, architectural and mechanical diagrams or drawings
n
Understand electrical specifications and electrical theory to determine job requirements
n
Plan appropriate layouts for electrical wires and wiring systems
n
Identify the right electrical equipment for a particular job
n
Install lighting, power outlets, conduits, cable trays, ladder racks, circuit breakers and emergency lighting
n
Carry out fault-finding
n
Test, repair and maintain electrical equipment
n




Connect electrical equipment and appliances
n
Install motors and switchboards
n
Install automated electrical controls
n
About you
n
Current Electrical Licence
n
Full Drivers Licence
n
CPR/LVR
n
White Card
n
Minimum 3 years experience as an electrical tradesperson
n
Excellent verbal and written communication
n
Fantastic relationship building skills and proven ability to excellent customer service skills
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint and outlook)
