We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie, particularly those available during our busy period 2-10 January ****.

The Role
n
We are seeking chefs who are:
n
n
Experienced in high-volume catering, events or large venues
n
Confident working in a quick-paced kitchen environment
n
Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Reliable, well presented and committed to high standards of hygiene and food safety
n
Available for casual shifts, including weekends
n
Current Food Safety / Food Handling certification
n
Eligible to work in Australia
n
n
A current National Police Check and/or WWCC will be highly regarded, as these are required for some of our client venues.
