The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team based in Carole Park.
n
The Role & About You:
n
n
Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
n
Conduct daily pre-start checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
n
Receive, store, and dispatch goods in line with company procedures.
n
Prepare stock for storage or dispatch, including cutting straps, removing protective sheets, splitting packs, and stacking accessories.
n
Maintain accurate inventory handling and ensure products are stored securely.
n
Use handheld scanners and the Warehouse Management (WM) system to record stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy
n
Sort damaged stock and assist with
Daily/Weekly/Monthly
Cycle counts and annual stock takes.
n
Manual handling,



cutting full parts and making up split packs
n
Safely load and secure products onto trucks in compliance with load restraint guidelines.
n
Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment through housekeeping duties.
n
n
What you will need:
n
n
Hold a valid Driver's License
n
SAP experience preferred, but not essential
n
Current Forklift License – up to 12 months experience operating a Forklift
n
Strong understanding of road transport safety, CoR, and compliance obligations
n
Proven experience in a warehouse operations environment operating a forklift.
n
Knowledge of load restraint principles and safe loading practices.
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
n
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
n
Excellent attention to detail with robust interpersonal & communication skills
n

Distribution & warehouse background experience highly regarded.
n
