Anytime Fitness Narrabeen is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a casual role approx 30hrs per week that will play a vital part in supporting the overall operations and member experience at our community focused club.

Availability Required

This role requires availability across weekdays from 10am-7pm and Saturdays from 9am-1pm.

What you'll be doing
n
Assisting the Club Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the gym
n
Welcoming members and guests with a friendly, professional approach
n
Drive membership sales and club growth
n
Ensuring the gym maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
n
What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide an exceptional member experience
n
Experience within the fitness, health club, recreation, hospitality or retail industries
n
Comfortable working to targets and driving sales performance
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
A passion for health, fitness, and a commitment to helping others achieve their wellness goals
