The role
n
You will start and finish your shift at the depot.
n
You will be responsible for loading your refrigerated truck and completing multiple customer deliveries of temperature-controlled products throughout your allocated route.
n
Important – This is a hands-on role
n
This is a physically demanding multi-drop delivery position involving multiple deliveries, regular manual handling and unloading throughout your shift.
n
This is not simply a driving position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting in and out of the truck regularly and taking ownership of their delivery route.
n
Your Responsibilities
n
n
Safely operate an MR refrigerated vehicle
n
Load and organise your truck before departure
n
Complete scheduled multi-drop deliveries
n
Manually unload products using a trolley
n
Maintain cold-chain and temperature compliance
n
Follow food-handling and product-safety requirements
n
Complete accurate Proof of Delivery (POD) within required timeframes
n
Conduct daily vehicle and pre-start safety checks
n
Maintain a clean and presentable truck
n




Follow company and customer safety procedures
n
Communicate effectively with the transport team
n
Provide professional and friendly customer service
n
n
Working Hours
n
Early morning starts – approximately 2:00 AM
n
Applicants must be comfortable working early starts and completing a physically demanding multi-drop delivery route.
n

You will ideally have

Current MR Licence or higher
n
Good driving history
n
Previous multi-drop delivery experience
n
Reliable and punctual work ethic
n
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
n
Strong communication skills
n
Skilled customer-service attitude
n
Good understanding of safety and compliance
n
Ability to work independently
n
Good attention to detail
n
Ability to maintain temperature and cold-chain requirements
