This role would suit an experienced Strata Manager looking for greater responsibility, a manageable portfolio and the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of approximately 40 schemes and between *****,000 lots.
n The business is looking for someone who can confidently manage their portfolio, develop solid relationships with committees and owners, and provide a high level of professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 schemes and *****,000 lots
n
Build and maintain robust relationships with committees, owners and key stakeholders
n
Prepare for and chair AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
n
Provide qualified advice regarding NSW strata legislation and compliance
n
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, insurance and contractor requirements
n
Manage budgets and financial matters in conjunction with the accounts team
n
Handle disputes and complex strata matters professionally
n
Ensure matters are followed up efficiently and clients are kept informed
n
Work collaboratively with the wider strata management team
n
Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required
n

About You
n
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience managing your own strata portfolio
n
NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Licence
n
Strong understanding of NSW strata legislation
n
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
n
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
n
Confidence managing meetings and dealing with committees
n
Ability to handle complex issues and difficult conversations
n
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability
n
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
n
