Our clients are seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to join busy crews working across a variety of civil construction projects throughout South East Queensland.

Reliable and safety-conscious operators with experience on one or more of the following:

Excavators
n
Grader
n
Dozer
n
Rollers
n
Moxy
n
Water Truck
n
Front End Loader
n
Skidsteer
n
n
You'll be someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in your work, and isn't afraid to lend a hand on the ground when required.
n
About the role
n
n
Operating a variety of civil plant on active construction sites.
n
Projects including residential subdivisions, TMR roadworks, commercial developments and private civil works.
n
Bulk earthworks, detailed earthworks and site preparation.
n
Working alongside experienced civil crews to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
n




Temporary and permanent opportunities available.
n
10+ hour days with regular overtime.
n
Multiple projects offering long-term, ongoing work.
n
FIFO/DIDO opportunities available
n
n
What you'll bring / requirements
n
n
Current RII
Competencies/Tickets
for the machinery you operate.
n
Min. 1 year experience operating civil plant
n
GPS experience highly favoured.
n
Construction White Card.
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
Strong understanding of civil construction and secure operating procedures.
n
Ability to work within a team and follow site instructions.
n
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
n
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
n
Ability to pass pre‐employment medicals and drug & alcohol testing if required.
n
