n Candidates must have insurance product specialty knowledge in either property, construction or engineering and have rolled it out to a new market.

Duties / Key Responsibilities
n
n
Own and maintain the end to end Program Plan, aligning business requirements, functional design, and delivery timelines across the Change Portfolio
n
Oversee integration of the Target Operating Model, working closely with the Operations Manager and underwriting, claims, and core functions to ensure products are operationally supportable at go-live
n
Partner with the Program Sponsor and senior stakeholders across GSI,



Great Lakes, and IT, maintaining a robust communications plan throughout the program lifecycle
n
Design and own the program's governance framework, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and budget
n
Lead and oversee Project Managers and Business Analysts, establishing effective delivery structures across geographically dispersed teams
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Significant, demonstrable experience in Program Management, ideally within general insurance or reinsurance
n
Specialist product knowledge across property, construction, and engineering insurance lines
n
Solid understanding of the Australian insurance market, including relevant regulatory bodies and compliance requirements
n
Proven experience partnering with Underwriting and claims functions to shape operationally sound products
n
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at Executive and Program Sponsor level
n
Working knowledge of project methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
n
Experience delivering global change and transformation programs, ideally with exposure to the APAC region
n
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
n
