Job Description
Green RV is looking for an organised and customer-focused person to join our Forest Glen team as a Warranty & Customer Support Coordinator. This is primarily an administration and customer communication role, supporting the management of caravan warranty claims and providing customers with clear updates throughout the warranty process.

Key responsibilities

Receiving and reviewing customer warranty enquiries
n
Gathering information, photographs and supporting documentation for warranty claims
n
Preparing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers and suppliers
n
Following up manufacturers and suppliers regarding outstanding claims and approvals
n
Monitoring warranty claims through the various stages of the claim process
n
Keeping customers informed of claim progress and outcomes
n
Maintaining accurate warranty records, notes and documentation
n
Liaising with our internal Warranty, Parts and Workshop teams regarding approved warranty work
n
Following up information required to progress outstanding claims
n




Assisting customers with general warranty-related enquiries
n

Organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks
n
Friendly and professional when communicating with customers
n
Confident communicating by telephone and email
n
Good with computers and able to learn new systems
n
Able to maintain accurate records and documentation
n
Comfortable following up customers, manufacturers and suppliers
n
Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
n
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
n
Experience in warranty administration, customer support, automotive, caravans, insurance, claims administration or a similar environment would be an advantage
n
